  • Forensic Rape Examination Payment Program (FREPP): Provides free forensic evidence collection (kits) in Montana without requiring an immediate police report.

  • Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE): Available at emergency departments like Bozeman Health and St. Patrick Hospital for exams.

  • Victim/Witness Advocacy Programs: Available via county attorney offices (e.g., Beaverhead/Madison Counties, 406-843-4232).

  • Office of Victim Services:Offers information on protective orders and victim rights.

  • Address Confidentiality Program (ACP):Montana Secretary of State's ACP, for survivors needing to hide their physical location.
