Thanks for stopping by.
While clients often describe me as calm and kind, I’m not the "simple nod and smile" type. I want more for you than that. You deserve to feel better and live a full life—especially after everything you have experienced.
It’s not my first rodeo. I have been doing this work for awhile. There isn’t anything you can say that will scare me away, be "too much" or make me judge you. I know what it is like to worry about that because I’ve been on the other side. I know the courage it takes to be vulnerable and let someone help you sort it all out.
Gentle, effective trauma work. Sexual trauma is layered. Over the years, I have sought out the most gentle and effective approaches to ensure my clients feel safe while they heal. The process is often more manageable than expected. Let’s work together so that you can finally stop shouldering a “fine” you don’t actually feel.
Telehealth Therapy. Many wonder if online therapy is as effective as in person therapy. The answer is yes. It is just as impactful. It also helps make support more accessible, especially to those living in rural communities. Healing can happen from the comfort of your own home.
